Victoria City Live provides access to artificial intelligence tools for generating content, including but not limited to images, videos, audio, text, and code.
The Platform acts solely as a technical tool and intermediary. It does not create, initiate, control, or take ownership of any content generated through user input.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user assumes full, sole, and unconditional responsibility for:
- all inputs (prompts)
- all generated content
- any use, distribution, or publication of such content
All legal consequences arising from generated content are exclusively the responsibility of the user.
3. PROHIBITED USE
Users agree not to use the Platform for creating, promoting, or distributing:
- illegal activities or unlawful content
- terrorism, extremism, or radical organizations
- Nazi ideology, symbols, or hate speech
- violence, threats, or harmful actions
- copyright infringement
- defamation, harassment, or misleading content
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victoria City Live and its owners shall not be liable for:
- any user actions
- any generated content
- any damages resulting from content usage
- third-party claims
- misuse of the platform
- direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The Platform shall not be considered a participant in the creation, publication, or use of any content.
5. AI DISCLAIMER
The user acknowledges that:
- AI operates automatically
- outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- generated content may resemble existing materials
The Platform makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, legality, or uniqueness.
6. DATA RESPONSIBILITY
The Platform is responsible only for basic user account data such as email and account access management.
Beyond technical processing, the Platform does not take responsibility for user-generated content or its usage.
7. PAYMENTS
All payments are made for access to the Platform’s technology and infrastructure.
No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with generated results.
8. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
All activity under the account is considered the user’s responsibility.
9. MODIFICATIONS
The Platform may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By using Victoria City Live, the user confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and agrees that all responsibility for generated content lies solely with the user, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
