VICTORIA CITY LIVE LTD provides digital services for AI-powered image and video generation through the Victoria City Live (VCL) platform.
1. DIGITAL NATURE OF SERVICES
All services provided through Victoria City Live (VCL) are digital services delivered electronically via the Internet.
Users acknowledge and agree that all services offered by the platform are digital in nature and do not involve the delivery of physical goods.
2. REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
Once access to the platform has been granted, a user request has been submitted, image or video generation has been initiated, or computing resources have been allocated, refunds are generally not available.
AI image and video generation consumes computing resources immediately upon processing a user request. As a result, services are considered to have commenced immediately upon submission and processing of a request.
Users understand and agree that digital services begin immediately upon submission of a request to the platform.
3. UNUSED SERVICES
Requests for refunds relating to completely unused services may be reviewed on an individual basis.
VICTORIA CITY LIVE LTD does not guarantee refunds and reserves the right to make a final decision on each request based on the specific circumstances of the case.
4. UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS
If a user believes that a payment was made without authorization, they must contact support immediately.
The Company reserves the right to investigate all payment-related claims before making any refund decision.
5. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
Temporary platform outages, maintenance, artificial intelligence limitations, image or video generation delays, payment processor issues, cloud infrastructure disruptions, Internet connectivity problems, or failures of third-party services shall not automatically qualify a user for a refund.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
VICTORIA CITY LIVE LTD does not guarantee any specific creative, artistic, commercial, business, financial, technical, marketing, or professional outcome resulting from the use of AI-generated images, videos, or platform services.
Generated content may vary in quality, style, accuracy, consistency, or suitability for a particular purpose.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating a chargeback, bank dispute, payment dispute, or any forced refund procedure, users agree to first contact Victoria City Live (VCL) support in an effort to resolve the matter.
8. INDIVIDUAL REVIEW
Each refund request is reviewed individually.
The final decision regarding any refund request shall be made solely by VICTORIA CITY LIVE LTD, taking into account the nature of the service provided, the extent of platform usage, and the specific circumstances involved.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the use of Victoria City Live (VCL) shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales.
